These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bon Dia mobile application for iOS (the "App"). The App is owned and operated by Nternet Company B.V. ("Nternet"). By downloading and using the App, you agree to these terms. The App is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old and who own a compatible iOS device.

Your Bon Dia Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security. Your account is personal and cannot be shared with others.

Video Messages

You are responsible for the content of your video messages sent through the App. You agree not to use the App to send illegal or harmful content. When sending video messages that include other people, you confirm that you have their permission to do so. All messages are automatically deleted 24 hours after they are viewed by the recipient. While messages are private and automatically deleted, you should exercise good judgement about the content you share.

Privacy and Data

The App operates without any tracking or analytics functionality. We collect only the minimum data necessary to deliver video messages between users. All video messages are encrypted during transmission and storage, and are automatically deleted 24 hours after viewing. We do not maintain backups of deleted messages. Our commitment to privacy means we process only the data that is strictly necessary for sending and receiving video messages.

App Purchase

The App is available for purchase through the Apple App Store for a one-time fee of €0.99. Payment is processed by Apple through your Apple ID account and provides full access to all app features. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple. Once purchased, you can install the app on any iOS device where you are signed in with your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard app sharing rules.

Apple App Store Terms

This Agreement is concluded between you and Nternet, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you might have relating to the App. You must comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service when using the App.
